1. Confirmation of service
After an enquiry, we clarify requirements and provide a quotation, proposal or service agreement. Delivery begins after acceptance, receipt of any required deposit and provision of the information or access needed to start.
2. Delivery method
Services are delivered electronically through email, secure links, online meetings, project platforms, website deployment, account handover or another method agreed with the client. IT support may be provided remotely or at an agreed location where available.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated start and completion dates are stated in the applicable proposal or communication. A focused website commonly requires two to four weeks after all required content is available. Custom software, complex integrations and longer support engagements follow a project-specific schedule.
4. Client reviews and approval
Projects may include review stages. Clients should provide consolidated feedback within the period stated in the project plan. A delayed response, missing content or unavailable system access may shift the estimated delivery date.
5. Third-party services
Delivery may depend on hosting companies, domain registrars, payment providers, software platforms or other third parties. We are not responsible for delays or outages outside our reasonable control, but we will communicate known issues and help identify practical next steps.
6. Handover
After final approval and settlement of outstanding payment, we provide the files, access details, deployment or documentation included in the agreed scope. Clients are responsible for securely storing credentials and maintaining services after any included support period ends.
7. Support after delivery
Any included support period is stated in the proposal. New features, work outside the original scope or ongoing maintenance may require a separate agreement and fee.
